Step 1: Call the HART office at 707-725-9381 to set up an intake / assessment appointment.
Step 2: A staff member will go over a check list with you, and give you a date and time for the appointment. The staff member will also tell you what items you need to bring to the appointment and the address. Be sure to write the information down. If you arrive late for your appointment or do not have all the items you were asked to bring, you will be asked to reschedule the appointment. This is to ensure that you sign up for the correct program.

It is your responsibility to provide us this information. No proof of enrolment can be provided without all of the required information.
Step 3: Show up for your appointment on time with the required paperwork and your down payment. Have a day and time in mind that you will be able to attend you HART Sessions. The HART Staff will try to accommodate you if possible.
NOTE, payment types accepted include: Cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard. (American Express not accepted)
